Pricing questions, answered
What counts as a shipment?
A shipment is one order logee actively tracks and manages in a given month, from booking through to delivery, no matter how many containers, documents or emails it involves. Your plan's monthly shipment count is how many new shipments you can open each month.
What are AI tokens?
AI tokens measure the work the agent does for you: reading and understanding your emails and documents, drafting chasers, checking invoices and answering your questions. Each plan includes a monthly allowance. If you need more, you can top up or move to a higher plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the change takes effect immediately with billing prorated. Start on Free, and move up only when your volume calls for it.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. Sign in with Google or Microsoft and logee starts building your shipments straight away.
What happens if I reach my limit?
We'll let you know as you approach your monthly shipment or token limit so there are no surprises, and you can upgrade or add capacity in a click. logee never stops tracking a shipment that is already underway.
Do my forwarders or suppliers need a paid seat?
No. Forwarders, brokers and suppliers take part entirely by email, with no login and no seat. Team members are only the people inside your business who sign in to logee.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are in USD and billed monthly. For annual billing or a different currency, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Is my data secure?
Your data is yours. We use it only to run your shipments, never to share or sell, with encryption in transit and at rest and read-scoped access you can revoke anytime. See our Security page for details.
