How do I know which carrier my container belongs to?
The first 4 letters of a container number are its ISO 6346 owner prefix, unique to each carrier. Pick your carrier above, or match the prefix against the list on this page.
Do you track carriers not listed here?
This page covers the 9 largest ocean carriers, who between them move most global containerised freight. If you use a carrier not listed, logee's product can still watch that shipment once it's connected.
Is this tracking tool free?
Yes, these pages are a free way to find the right tracker for your carrier. logee itself is free to start, with paid tiers as you grow.
Does logee replace my forwarder or customs broker?
No. logee watches your shipments, costs and documents and coordinates with the forwarders and brokers you already use. It drafts messages and flags risks; the people you work with still do the physical forwarding and clearance.
Will logee send messages to my forwarder automatically?
No. The agent drafts chasers and queries and puts them in the order thread for you to review. Nothing goes out without your approval.
