These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of logee.ai (the "Service"), operated by logee ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

logee is a software tool that helps you organise, track and manage freight shipments. It assists you by drafting messages, surfacing information and flagging issues. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before they are taken.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to send unlawful or abusive communications.

4. Early access

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, TMS Light and Enterprise), described on our Pricing page. logee is in early access, so features may change and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. Prices may change with notice.

5. AI-assisted output

logee uses automated and AI-based methods to draft content and detect issues. These can be wrong or incomplete. You should independently verify important information (such as costs, deadlines and bookings) before acting on it. You remain responsible for your shipments and decisions.

6. Your data and third-party services

You retain ownership of the data you provide or connect. Your use of third-party services (such as email or carrier systems) is subject to their own terms. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on the Service, including costs such as demurrage, detention or freight charges.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know and update the date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
